A “call” is every call received by our office plus all outbound calls and pages initiated by our office on your behalf to deliver a message.  If you use a digital pager, or we hold messages for you to call in to retrieve, this is the rate plan that would apply.  If you have critical message delivery needs, this rate plan includes the ability to confirm message delivery and escalate urgent undelivered messages to the appropriate party. With any of our rate plans, your messages can be faxed, emailed, text messaged to a cell phone, or any combination of these methods.  For example, we can text message your cell phone, email the message to your handheld PDA, and fax it to your office fax machine….Simultaneously!

None of these prices are etched in stone, because we charge by degree of difficulty and that is based on how you want us to handle your calls coming from your clients
