Steve Sistrunk & Clint Thrash started the (NLCAR) North Louisiana Cowboys Association Rodeo for families. Its main purpose is to bring families together on the weekends for a little fun & enjoyment.

Steve Sistrunk & Clint Thrash are the producers which make up S&T Rodeo Producers.
Buck Wilkins does the rodeo announcing and time keeping, Candy Wilkins is the rodeo Secretary.
