While inspecting your property weekly, we check the following:


-Mailbox (forward any mail if necessary)
-Inspect all windows, doors, and patio areas for security and damage
-Thermostat setting:___ Pool Temperature Setting:___

-Inspect that security system has been armed (in case of power failure)
-Inspect hot water heater and breaker box
-Check for water leaks
-Run and flush plumbing fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room
-Inspect walls and carpeting for any signs of mildew
-Check appliances to ensure proper working function
-Note any pest control issues inside or outside of home (if applicable)
-Walk exterior of home and note any changes in landscaping, fencing, pool and lanai areas


If severe weather is expected, Reliable Property Solutions, Inc. can install and remove your storm shutters for an additional cost.
